The Principal Account Executive will lead the full sales cycle, from prospecting and consultative discovery to contract negotiation, ensuring the successful adoption of the iCIMS Talent Cloud to help clients solve complex talent acquisition challenges.

What you'll do

• Leverage company training to build expertise in iCIMS Talent Cloud offerings and value selling.
• Research target accounts to identify key decision-makers and build persona-based value propositions.
• Build sales funnels through prospecting, referrals, and networking.
• Partner with sales development and presales teams to convert leads.
• Lead the entire sales process, including RFP/RFI and final contract negotiations.
• Consistently achieve sales quotas for new logo accounts.
