What you'll do

• Monitor customer printer fleets using FM Audit
• review supply alerts and verify replacement needs
• order toner and printer consumables
• coordinate and track shipments
• maintain customer and warehouse inventory
• work with vendors on delays and product issues
• verify device meter readings and supply levels
• maintain customer records
• assist service coordinators and technicians
• communicate shipment status
• resolve supply questions
• coordinate corrective action for devices that are not reporting
• assist with inventory counts and warehouse organization
• and recommend process improvements.
