Field Registered Nurse

Job overview

The Field Registered Nurse role is onsite in Avon, OH, with visits to patients in their residences. Pay is $40–$50 per hour. Boost Home Healthcare personalizes and coordinates care to help patients focus on recovery and wellness while remaining independent at home. The nurse provides intermittent skilled nursing care under physician orders and the patient’s plan of care, evaluating nursing needs, initiating and revising care plans, delivering specialized nursing services, and documenting visits and care conferences.
