The Registered Nurse — Phone Triage (On-Site) role is onsite in Rochester, NY. Pay is $35.43–$51 per hour. The nurse handles patient calls, triages needs, coordinates with clinic nurses and providers, and provides clinical support. The role also assists with patient care, documentation, and clinic coverage to help ensure timely, coordinated service.

What you'll do

• Respond to incoming patient calls
• triage needs using the electronic medical record and coordinate with clinic nurses and providers
• assign priority levels and escalate as needed
• provide care instructions within scope
• schedule appointments and register patients
• assist providers with examinations, treatments, injections, and immunizations
• document care
• perform clinical duties when floating.

Why this role
