The attorney analyzes professional-lines coverage issues, advises clients, and supports coverage-related litigation. The role combines policy and claim evaluation, written coverage advice, litigation work, and communication with clients, claims professionals, opposing counsel, and courts.

What you'll do

• Analyze insurance coverage issues involving professional-lines claims, including D&O and E&O
• draft coverage opinions and reservation-of-rights letters
• evaluate claims, policies, and litigation materials
• assist with pleadings, motions, discovery, and other litigation materials
• advise insurance company clients
• communicate with clients and opposing counsel
• participate in hearings and oral arguments.
