Warehouse Associate

The Warehouse Associate is an onsite role in Panama City, Florida. Compensation is $19–$22 per hour. The position supports Congruex’s digital infrastructure engineering and construction services by supplying field operations teams and internal departments with materials, tools, and equipment. The associate receives, tracks, and distributes inventory while maintaining accurate records and a safe, organized warehouse and yard. The role helps keep daily operations efficient and supports the teams building communications and utility infrastructure.

What you'll do

• Receive and verify materials, tools, and supplies
• track inventory in manual and computerized systems
• load, unload, move, and distribute items using forklifts and other equipment
• maintain a clean and safe warehouse and yard
• perform minor equipment repairs and routine maintenance
• and coordinate with warehouse personnel and internal teams.
