What you'll do

• Source and evaluate suppliers for price, quality, and delivery
• recommend improvements or alternatives
• negotiate vendor contracts, terms, and pricing
• monitor inventory levels
• track and report delivery performance, cost savings, and supplier quality
• maintain vendor relationships
• coordinate purchasing with operations
• manage purchase orders, confirmations, change orders, and pricing updates
• meet deadlines for quotes, submittals, and deliveries.
