Wellness Nurse

What you'll do

• Serve as charge nurse during shifts when the Director of Resident Care and Administrator are not in the building
• administer medications as ordered
• communicate with physicians about orders and care needs
• follow residents’ plans of care
• document services, condition changes, exceptions, incidents, and follow-up
• assist with individualized care plans and interventions
• collaborate with the interdisciplinary team, families, and external health providers
• supervise certified nursing assistants and direct care aides
• and help coordinate resident care activities.
