Construction Manager

What you'll do

• Direct contractors as the owner’s field representative for an assigned construction area
• plan work sequencing and logistics
• track progress, manpower, equipment, and constraints
• and coordinate engineering, procurement, permits, access, and owner-furnished equipment. Enforce safety and environmental requirements, oversee quality and turnover readiness, document field changes and contractor performance, and coordinate interfaces with adjacent scopes.
