What you'll do

• Organize submittals, RFIs, shop drawings, plan logs, permit logs, procurement logs, and compliance documentation
• coordinate schedules, safety inspections, and quality checks
• manage meeting minutes
• ensure trades, systems, and sources are examined for compliance, coordination, and approvals
• support project managers and superintendents.
