What you'll do

• Research corporate, regulatory, and transactional matters
• assist with drafting, reviewing, and revising contracts
• support compliance initiatives across jurisdictions
• assist with business licensing, filings, and corporate structuring
• support negotiations and transactional strategy under attorney supervision
• prepare summaries, memoranda, and briefing materials
• assist Corporate Counsel with executive advisory matters and other legal projects.
