Systems Analyst

The Systems Analyst position is initially onsite five days per week in Washington, DC, with a transition to a hybrid schedule of two office days per week when the employee is comfortable; pay is $35–$40 per hour. Eliassen Group is a strategic consulting firm providing technology, business advisory, and life sciences solutions. The analyst supports a federal program. The analyst translates business and technical needs into system recommendations and application enhancements. The role investigates issues, gathers requirements, coordinates with technical teams and clients, documents solutions, supports testing and integrations, and uses SQL to troubleshoot and validate data.

What you'll do

• Investigate and resolve functional issues
• gather and evaluate application requirements
• conduct needs assessments and define requirements
• analyze, design, implement, and maintain client solutions
• coordinate with developers, testers, operations, engineers, and clients
• prepare technical documentation and demonstrations
• support solution design, customization, delivery, and training
• recommend integrations and database changes
• write specifications
• execute SQL queries to analyze data issues.
