What you'll do

• Oversee front-of-house teams, service providers, and daily spa operations
• manage revenue, profitability, budgets, and performance indicators
• coach and develop staff
• maintain guest experience and brand standards
• oversee staffing, scheduling, payroll, inventory, cleanliness, and compliance
• partner with Med Spa leadership and brand partners.
