What you'll do

• Support daily restaurant operations and assist the Food and Beverage General Manager with staff training and supervision
• prepare management reports and schedules
• maintain guest-service, sales, sanitation, and cleanliness standards
• oversee kitchen personnel, food production, recipes, and inventory
• schedule staff according to business forecasts and labor objectives
• inspect and maintain equipment.
