Sales Associate

What you'll do

• Answer phones, greet prospective and current clients, check clients into classes, book member sessions, and resolve customer concerns
• maintain a referral program and accurate records in sales systems
• conduct inquiry, follow-up, and customer-care calls
• lead studio previews
• follow daily cleaning checklists
• explain the workout concept and guide new guests through their first workout with a trainer
• describe and sell memberships and packages
• onboard clients using sales systems
• attend relevant training, programs, and marketing or outreach events
• comply with business policies and applicable laws.
