The Cross-Domain Solution Program Lead works onsite in Arlington, VA. Base salary is $150,000–$200,000 per year, and travel may be up to 10%. The role leads development and integration of controlled interfaces between classified domains and systems. The lead provides technical and programmatic direction for cross-domain solution architecture, implementation, and security authorization. The work supports compliant, secure information exchange across classified systems and services.

What you'll do

• Lead development and integration of cross-domain-controlled interfaces
• configure hardware and software, establish accounts, upgrade and modify database applications, and support security accreditation paperwork
• plan CDS architecture and operational execution
• ensure adherence to NSA Raise-the-Bar, JSIG Overlay for Accessibility, NCDSMO, NIST, and DoD policies and standards
• manage the Risk Management Framework assessment and authorization lifecycle, vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, and continuous monitoring.

Why this role

Secret clearance; bachelor’s degree in computer science, cybersecurity, or engineering; at least seven years supporting DoD IT systems and cyber capabilities; three or more years in CDS architecture, policy, and implementation; familiarity with DISA UC APL and the NCDSMO Baseline List. Position status is contingent.
