Description

Position Title: Peer Navigator. Position End Date: 09/29/26. Location: Snohomish County, Washington State (In-person). The CDC Foundation is working with CDC, Snohomish County, and One Day at a Time (ODAT) to provide surge staff to support surveillance, prevention and response activities within the Overdose Data to Action (OD2A) program.
