What you'll do

• Coordinate employee, field-team, candidate, new-hire, and group travel
• support travelers with booking changes and disruptions
• lead the operational transition to a new booking platform
• assess systems and workflows
• create procedures, training, and self-service resources
• produce travel reporting
• monitor policy compliance and vendor programs
• identify efficiency and cost-saving opportunities
• transfer program knowledge and responsibilities to internal resources.
