Research Analyst

The Research Analyst role is onsite in Indianapolis, IN, with a stated salary range of $55,000–$65,000 per year. The analyst helps nonprofit partners strengthen data collection, reporting, and program evaluation, while producing research and data products that inform community needs and organizational impact. The role combines database administration and analytics with partner training, coaching, and coordination of community data initiatives.

What you'll do

• Administer and maintain the Efforts to Outcomes database for partner organizations
• configure data collection and reporting
• create customized reports using SAP Business Objects
• prepare and validate datasets
• analyze internal and external data
• support research and program evaluation
• train partners on data collection, data integrity, and reporting
• coordinate Community Engagement Data Initiative programming and communications
• protect sensitive data.
