Shipping & Receiving Supervisor is an onsite, full-time role in Grand Prairie, TX. Pay is $20–$22 per hour. The position is based at Qual Pac’s dedicated Frito-Lay facility and reports to the Shipping & Receiving Manager. The supervisor coordinates accurate, safe, and efficient inbound and outbound shipments while leading warehouse personnel and maintaining inventory accuracy. The role connects warehouse operations with purchasing, production, carriers, and other internal teams to support production needs and department performance.

• Oversee shipping and receiving operations

• conduct safety and incident reviews
• train personnel on policies and procedures
• coordinate with customer logistics and carriers
• manage inventory and physical counts
• use the warehouse management system
• coordinate with production and supply chain
• maintain material-handling equipment
• conduct employee performance reviews and set goals.
