What you'll do

• Complete plumbing, electrical, carpentry, appliance, and HVAC repairs
• process and log work orders using mobile software
• prepare vacant units for move-in
• maintain common areas and grounds
• respond to after-hours emergency calls on a rotating on-call schedule.
