What you'll do

• Plan and configure low- to moderate-complexity software systems
• support and maintain vendor-supplied application integrations
• administer cloud applications and AI platforms
• manage accounts, groups, roles, permissions, subscriptions, and licenses
• conduct access and license reviews
• maintain service records
• resolve account, entitlement, authentication, and configuration issues
• coordinate with users, vendors, identity, security, privacy, procurement, records-management, and technical teams
• maintain procedures and user guidance
• may provide task-level guidance to entry-level analysts.
