What you'll do

• Assist with site safety practices and meetings
• support project managers and engineers with RFIs, submittals, change orders, and contract documentation
• help review and update schedules
• work with field staff to learn construction operations, site logistics, and quality control
• participate in preconstruction meetings, site walks, and progress discussions
• and take part in mentoring and training.
