The role also supports pool, spa, grounds, and parking-area upkeep and coordinates with housekeeping and the front desk to resolve issues.

What you'll do

• Perform general plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and painting tasks
• respond to guest and staff maintenance requests
• inspect equipment and systems and perform preventive maintenance. Maintain tools and work areas, assist with emergency repairs and safety protocols, clean and maintain the pool and spa, and keep grounds and parking areas clean and safe.
