What you'll do

• Prepare, review, and negotiate complex commercial agreements
• advise on commercial law matters including logistics, transportation, manufacturing supply, packaging, R&D, compliance, quality, licensing, and healthcare
• support procurement, manufacturing operations, supply chain, and potential licensing and acquisition transactions
• identify legal issues
• collaborate across functions
• represent AbbVie externally
• help select and direct outside counsel.
