What you'll do

• Process application requests through formal submission to carriers
• review and coordinate documentation for accurate carrier-specific applications
• complete applications with clients by phone
• handle complex, priority, escalated, and VIP requests
• work with the team lead on reporting and department audits
• manage escalation inbox requests
• assist with training team members on carrier requirements.
