What you'll do

• Oversee laboratory testing and coordinate point-of-care testing
• review test-result validity and accuracy
• perform Clinical Laboratory Scientist duties as needed
• identify competency needs and conduct staff training
• establish test performance characteristics
• evaluate instrumentation and procedures
• liaise with medical center departments
• ensure regulatory compliance
• coordinate equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and calibration
• oversee quality control.
