What you'll do

• Partner with the General Manager on scheduling, inventory, ordering, cost control, hiring, and onboarding
• share responsibility for daily operations, guest service, drive-thru times, labor, and cost of goods
• lead crew training and cross-training
• promote safety, sanitation, and food and beverage compliance
• address guest concerns
• coach and recognize crew members
• step in across the restaurant as needed.
