The Direct Support Professional acts as a mentor and advocate, assisting with daily living tasks and fostering meaningful relationships to help participants achieve their personal goals.

• Empower individuals to achieve their personal and developmental goals, from budgeting and nutrition to community involvement and recreation
• build meaningful connections as a trusted mentor, advocate, and friend
• support daily living including meal prep, medication, personal care, and outings
• champion inclusion by helping people access their communities.
