What you'll do

• Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and company policies
• oversee resident assessments, service plans, and health documentation
• monitor clinical outcomes and lead quality improvement
• partner with community leadership on resident health and safety
• communicate with residents and families about care changes
• lead wellness checks, medication management, and service plan updates
• coordinate with physicians, pharmacy consultants, and allied providers
• hire, train, schedule, supervise, and develop clinical staff
• maintain adequate staffing, competency training, and supplies.

Why this role
