Make-Ready Technician

What you'll do

• Inspect vacant apartments and complete make-ready checklists
• report needed services and repairs to the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager
• assist with trash-outs and moving bulky items
• help keep grounds clean
• assist maintenance and leasing as needed
• support resident events
• report supply needs
• identify and promptly correct unsafe conditions.
