What you'll do

• Perform evening turndown service in assigned rooms and suites while respecting Do Not Disturb requests and privacy
• arrange beds, linens, and amenities
• tidy rooms and discreetly arrange belongings
• adjust drapes and lighting
• refresh bathrooms and replenish toiletries
• remove trash, dishes, and room-service items
• fulfill special requests
• report maintenance, damage, lost-and-found, and safety concerns
• maintain carts and supplies
• follow service, safety, and chemical-handling standards.
