Patient Ambassador

The Patient Ambassador role is onsite in Park City, UT, with compensation of $22–$25 per hour. bVital is a regenerative medicine and brain health clinic serving patients with traumatic brain injury, Parkinson’s, complex chronic illness, and serious neurological conditions. The role provides nonclinical support throughout the patient and caregiver experience, helping people feel welcomed, informed, and supported. It connects patients with clinic teams, supports transitions between appointments and services, and follows through on concerns so patient needs are addressed.

What you'll do

• Conduct Brain Camp pre-arrival calls
• welcome and orient patients, caregivers, and support persons
• answer appropriate nonclinical questions
• check in proactively and identify concerns or unmet needs
• help patients navigate appointments and services
• communicate delays and schedule changes
• coordinate with front desk, clinical staff, and other departments
• manage related Zendesk tasks
• communicate urgent concerns and follow emergency procedures
• help maintain welcoming patient-facing spaces.
