What you'll do

• Oversee day-to-day roofing field operations and project execution
• lead and develop project managers, superintendents, foremen, crews, and subcontractors
• manage project budgets, labor costs, margins, and cost-to-completion forecasts
• review project risks and performance
• coordinate with estimating, sales, safety, and executive leadership
• and improve operational processes and resource planning.
