What you'll do

• Manage personal-injury cases
• develop liability, coverage, and damages theories
• draft pleadings, discovery, and motions
• take and defend depositions
• work with medical-record specialists and providers
• participate in jury trials, hearings, and mediations
• value cases and negotiate settlements
• direct assigned paralegals and assistants
• and advise clients on case strategy and decisions.

Why this role
