What you'll do

• Provide medication training and education about medical issues

• coordinate with insurers, pharmacies, and assistance programs
• track medication inquiries, labs, inventory, weight, and blood pressure
• facilitate referrals
• provide rehabilitative services
• and document nursing activities and maintain confidential records.
