Lead Water Damage Remediation Technician

Job overview

The Lead Water Damage Remediation Technician role is onsite in Alsip, IL, with compensation of $25–$30 per hour. The position supports 1-800 WATER DAMAGE of South Side Chicago’s property restoration services for homeowners and businesses. The technician leads and performs water damage assessment, extraction, and structural drying, while documenting progress and communicating with property owners and insurance adjusters. The role also supervises and mentors junior technicians and performs mold remediation and containment as needed.

• Lead water damage assessment, extraction, and structural drying
