What you'll do

• Answer, validate, and triage phone and ticketing-system incidents and requests
• review ticket information
• route or escalate tickets
• resolve issues at first contact when possible
• provide setup, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting assistance for computer systems, hardware, and software
• support Windows, Office 365, laptops, desktops, mobile devices, printers, and multifunction devices
• image devices using PXE.

Why this role
