What you'll do

• Conduct routine, periodic, or special inspections
• use hand and power tools
• test, inspect, troubleshoot, and repair machines and equipment
• use blueprints and wiring diagrams
• clear and treat walkways for snow and ice
• perform electrical work and various carpentry and plumbing tasks
• work from ladders, scaffolds, and powered lifts and lift up to 50 pounds.
