Network Engineer

Job overview

The Network Engineer role is onsite five days per week in Austin, TX, for a six-month duration; compensation is not specified. What you'll do

• Design and support L2/L3 lab fabrics, BGP, datacenter leaf-spine networks, EVPN/VXLAN, IPv6, and precision timing
• build network automation with Python, Jinja2, and configuration-as-code practices
• maintain Linux networking and inventory accuracy
• troubleshoot network and hardware issues
• participate in incident response, break/fix prioritization, vendor RMAs, and multi-site coordination
• author and review change procedures and coordinate with platform, hardware, and lab teams.
