What you'll do

• Prepare, review, and coordinate quarterly and annual SEC filings
• consolidate financial information and supporting schedules
• prepare tie-outs, disclosure checklists, and documentation
• monitor accounting and regulatory requirements
• support earnings, investor, and board materials
• research technical accounting matters
• document internal controls
• improve reporting workflows and systems.
