The School-Age Childcare Site Director – After School is an onsite, part-time role at Highbridge Hill Elementary School in New Ipswich, NH, following the school calendar from 3:25–6:00 p.m. Pay is $18 per hour. Healthy Kids Programs provides early learning, before- and after-school, and summer programs, with a mission to make childcare accessible and affordable. The director oversees daily program operations and staff compliance, leads hands-on activities, tracks attendance and registration, and communicates with families and the direct report. The role supports safe, engaging after-school care and children’s learning through play and structured activities.

What you'll do

• Ensure staff and program operations meet state regulations, company policies, and host-school requirements
• plan and lead curriculum activities in fitness, STEAM, academics, arts, and homework support
• oversee attendance, registration, scheduling, and staffing
• communicate with parents and caregivers through the Playground App
• share updates and concerns with the direct report.
