Spare Parts Manager

This role owns the capital spares process and helps customers plan purchases around critical parts, equipment longevity, and production downtime risk. It also supports new equipment, rebuilds, and installed equipment by coordinating parts information, quotes, stocking strategies, and timely delivery.

What you'll do

• Build spare parts lists and drawings for new equipment lines, rebuilds, and installed equipment
• manage the capital spares process
• prepare quotes with pricing and lead times
• meet with customers to understand needs and guide purchases
• develop stocking strategies
• coordinate parts delivery with Service
• resolve customer issues and improve delivery performance
• use SAP daily, with Salesforce use growing over time.
