Receptionist, Long-Term Care Facility

What you'll do

• Verify authorization for people entering and exiting the facility
• greet visitors and direct them appropriately
• answer and route calls, take messages, and direct emergency calls
• operate office and communication equipment
• maintain records and supplies
• prepare documents and mail
• update resident and department listings
• provide information about facility services and locations
• arrange front-desk coverage when leaving the desk.
