What you'll do

• Represent clients in commercial real estate acquisitions and dispositions
• structure, draft, and negotiate real estate financing transactions and commercial leases
• draft and negotiate purchase agreements, financing documents, and other transactional agreements
• collaborate with partners and clients throughout transactions
• develop client relationships.
