Field Service Technician II

Job overview

The Field Service Technician II role is onsite and field-based in Scarborough, ME, with daily driving between customer locations in a company-provided vehicle. Pay is $17.25–$23 per hour, unless the local minimum wage is higher. Compucom provides end-to-end IT managed services and this role supports a national home improvement retail client. The technician provides hands-on IT support at customer sites, troubleshooting and resolving technical and data-related issues, completing assigned projects, and documenting work. What you'll do

• Travel daily between customer locations in a company vehicle
• troubleshoot IT and data-related issues
• document work and resolutions
• close cases and tickets daily
• repair POS systems, Lexmark printers, access points, and thin clients
• communicate with customers and leadership.
