What you'll do

• Clean floors, carpets, restrooms, offices, and public areas
• empty trash
• remove outdoor debris, snow, and ice
• paint floors, walls, and fixtures
• monitor building and equipment conditions and report maintenance needs
• perform preventive maintenance
• maintain repair and cleaning records, security, and supply inventory
• operate illumination and safety equipment
• follow safe work procedures.
