Senior Project Manager, Special Systems

It also establishes consistent PMO scheduling and reporting practices, aligning field, engineering, subcontractor, and customer resources so projects can meet schedule, budget, and customer expectations.

What you'll do

• Manage end-to-end delivery of low-voltage and physical security projects
• coordinate site activities with contractors, district IT and facilities personnel, and subcontractors
• develop schedules, budgets, and reports
• conduct site visits to monitor progress, quality, and safety
• review construction drawings and specifications
• manage procurement and material tracking
• document status, changes, and risks
• maintain PMO standards, scheduling templates, portfolio schedules, dashboards, and project records
• lead weekly scheduling and delivery coordination meetings.
