Marketing Coordinator

What you'll do

• Monitor industry market information
• create and format qualification packages, proposals, and interview presentations
• gather and organize project materials and pursuit content
• track proposal schedules and status
• support pursuit plans and client outreach
• edit and prepare proposals for digital or print production
• coordinate jobsite signage
• capture project photos and updates
• support recruiting materials, social media, events, and local marketing operations.
