Job overview

The Construction Foreman, Fiber works onsite on construction projects across the United States, with regular travel; weekly travel or 28/7 rotations may be required depending on project location. What you'll do

• Lead assigned crews and oversee daily work, safety, hours, briefings, and production goals
• locate directional drill heads and direct drill operators
• record bore shots and submit as-builts
• maintain trucks and equipment
• establish safe worksites
• track production and materials
• drive commercial vehicles and tow trailers
• assist with utility spotting, fiber placement, restoration, and other field tasks
• read design maps and establish bore paths
• support training of new hires.
